The cars are meant to be parked in the main street by 8.30am Saturday 18th January, although they are normally still coming at 9am.

Entry is from Maria Place off St Hill Street. Marshalls will direct you where to park.

It is advertised as being open to the public from 10am, but you can’t stop anybody entering the display from a lot earlier than that.

Vehicles are requested to be there all day, normally start leaving after 3.30pm. Depending on where you are parked you may not be able to leave until 4pm.

If there are still lot of public about the cars tend to stay longer.

From 4pm You can go onto Mitre 10 carpark for the Classic cruise around the city and district. This costs $15 per vehicle with the funds going to the Wanganui Cancer society. Enter the Mitre 10 carpark from Heads Road or Taupo Quay. The cruise finishes at Barracks Sports Bar in St Hill Street and prize draws will be announced after 6.30pm.

If you want your Classic Citroen to be parked with the other Citroens, please contact Ray or Christine and they will reserve a spot for your car.
