This is an event that has been held for over 20 years, initially between our Club and the Taranaki Club and for a while included the Hawke’s Bay Club.
This year it’s our turn to organise the event. Whilst this is a fun day it’s also a hotly competitive one usually ending in some fun and laughter as the results are presented.
Next month the event will take place in Foxton which has quite a few unique things to see and do. If you allow some additional time you could explore the early history of the town, visit the riverside culture park. There’s the National Dutch Museum, De Moilen Windmill and Flax stripper Museum, to name a few.
After the trial we will relax over lunch with an opportunity to chat with other members while the results are tabulated.
