The Auckland Citroën Car Club assists owners and provides a focus for those interested in Citroën, Panhard and DS cars.
We produces a monthly newsletter, the Traction Avant, hold Club Nights at the Veteran & Vintage Car Club rooms in Penrose every third Wednesday of every second month (usually an even numbered month ( 2nd, 4th 6th, 8th, 10th) with just an event in December. We also organise a monthly event, usually on the third Sunday of the month.
In October the Club participates in the Bishop Shield Challenge held between Waikato and Auckland Citroën Clubs. This usually takes the form of a novelty teams event, the winning club taking home the shield at the end of the day.
The Club also competes for the Tricolour Trophy with the Auckland Peugeot Club, a series consisting of a trial and a gymkhana, spaced throughout the year hosted by each club in turn, the trophy being awarded at the Annual Bastille Day Dinner in July.
Our membership base comes from the Auckland and Northland part of the North Island, although applications from elsewhere are most welcome.
