10.30 am          Meet at the “Funky Duck” Café at Virginia Lake Saturday for coffee and cake and where further instructions will be distributed if required.

11:00 am          Departing the Café we have options to either, or all:-

• Walk around the lake and feed the ducks. The walk takes about 20minutes on the lower level track
• Visit the bird Aviary, which has recently had a council decision to upgrade and remain open
• Walk through the Winter Gardens

11:45 am           Depart Virginia Lake for our Lunch venue which is the Brick House, situated at 72 St.Hill Street Whanganui. A varied  menu, from cabinet food to full Menu to suit all tastes

1:30 pm             Depart The Brick House for Chris Whites collection of Cars at his home at 2 Hipango Tce, Durie Hill and then to his workshop in Parsons Street at the round-a-bout. by the shops. Chris will tell some of the stories behind each vehicle purchase and restoration

After looking through Chris’ car collection and dependent on time we will drive around to Bob & Dale’s Home where coffee, tea, and cakes will be served and a monthly meeting held.
