11:30 am Meet at outside Roy Clifton Motors south end of Te Horo (look for the tractors outside on the LHS from Wellington, RHS from Palmerston North.

A scenic drive to Otaki river bridge on the Otaki Forks road (All sealed roads)
A short walk over the bridge and close area.

Return via a different route to arrive at 1 pm for lunch at Apple Quarters Café located at:    30 Addington Rd, Otaki (the road with the yellow “Koru Ice”-cream shop on the corner)

Order off the menu.
Wine tasting (they make their own fruit wines and liqueurs).
