1955 Light 15

First registered in June 1955, but has been registered a few times since, so presume it has been off the road at various times in its life. The car is in beautiful condition for its age. The body is sound with no rust that we can see. We have just spent over $25,000 extensively overhauling the engine, along with the front suspension, brakes, a new electronic distributor, and replaced the starter motor and windscreen wiper motor. We have receipts for all of the work that we have had done, along with receipts for past work with us and with previous owners. In addition, the car has: Michelin tyres Voltmeter, Oil pressure, temperature, USB, 12-volt input gauges Newly reconditioned 12-volt alternator Newly reconditioned windscreen wiper motor and wiper gearbox Of course, she is almost 68 years old, so there are the odd rattles, a couple of small tears in the upholstery, and some of the rubber door trim needs replacing. But she now runs beautifully and needs a new home. Speedo says 53,200 miles but not sure since when. It has only done a few hundred miles on its reconditioned motor. More photos available on request.
